No more Bon-bons and chips
Hey there! So Tuesday I went to the gym for the first time in like a month! It's ridiculous.... The moment I walked inside I told myself my punishment for not working out as much as I should is a Jillian Challange. That was my plan. What is a Jillian Challange? Well I kinda made it up. It's were I go on a treadmill or elliptical and just go! I love treadmills the most so I try to go on those more (if ones open). I ran seven out of twenty minutes. Now that honestly is not alot but it was hard! I wish I could say my highest what a 6.5 and my lowest was a 4.5 but that failed! I started off right at a 6.5 and went for five minutes (aiming for ten) but my left cafe had a HORRIBLE pain so I lowered to 4.5. Lowered a little more so I could keep up some what of a pace but get this pain out and away. I put it at a 4.0 and said ok I'm gunna have to deal with it. Of course, I gave in and went at a grandma pace of 3.5. I was so angry with myself! I did a little more running and walking to a total of 20 minutes. I wanted to just run and not care about my leg but I figured I better not pull anything! Hopefully I will be able to give more happy gym stories later on!! Have a good FRIDAY!

Sydney, do not get on a treadmill at 6.5, start at like 3 and go up. just do a fast walk, don't hurt yourself!
